Hi............Every 6 or 7 times I go to power up, nothing comes up, just the pale blue screen and nothing else. If I unscrew the battery cover until the unit powers down, and then screw up again, the unit functions perfectly..............until another failure some 6 "turn on's" later. Other than this issue the unit woks perfectly. I am particularly impressed with the Ballistic Calculator, which on my FAC Pulsar is extremely consistent when shifting from various distances. Any ideas would be most welcome......thanks.

I would make note of your x/y settings and do a factory restore. Sometimes during a firmware update some of the old fw doesnt get flushed out. Try that and see what happens

Hi everybody.......since my last comments, I tried re setting the factory settings, but this made no difference. I then tried a brand new set of batteries, but still had the odd failure to power up properly. For some unknown reason, I reduced the "widgets" to minimal before powering down..........have'nt had a failure to power up since.Maybe the unit does not like trying to get everything up and running from the initial switch on. I waiting for the ATN power pack to arrive, this could well sort the problem out, allowing the full set of "widgets"to be kept on all the time. I hope I am not tempting fate, but I now have no issues with the unit. As previously stated the Ballistics set up works exceptionally well. I have deliberately tried to confuse it, but it still comes back smack on target.

Mine is brand new and I have the same problem.
