I've been able to create profiles on my 384 but I can't seem to figure out how to edit the name. Does anyone know if it can be done or how to do it.

I don't have a Thor, but with my XS2, I use the obsidian app. If the two are similar enough, you can open the app, open the profiles, select the profile to name and it will load into the top of the screen, tap it and your keyboard should pop up to edit it.
Of course, that's assuming the Thor setup is like the XS2. Good luck!

Thanks Tom, I'll give that a try. I could not find any way to do it on the scope.

mvintx - You can do so through your Obsidian App on your phone/tablet. Matter of fact you can do so for up to (6) different weapons!!!!!! Dr. Detector Attachments:

Thank you sir. I downloaded the app to my tablet and I should be able to figure it out. Would have been nice if they included that little tidbit in the instructions....along with a micro SD card.

While you might not be able to change the name on your optic or on the Obsidian app you can edit your profiles xml file.
Below is an example (I used colors to make the example easier to read, don't change your color):
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <profile_0><name>BB JSB 81.02</name><drug_function>4</drug_function><bal_coef>0.2600</bal_coef><bullet_weight>81.0000</bullet_weight><init_velocity>955.0000</init_velocity><distance>1.8288</distance><sight_height>0.0000</sight_height><reticleOffset_x>4</reticleOffset_x><reticleOffset_y>60</reticleOffset_y></profile_0> <profiles_created>1</profiles_created>
In the above example, I exported my profiles to the micro sd card via my optic under settings/profiles.
Before editing your exported file, I suggest you save you a separate copy of your profile to a backup location just in case you mess up etc and need to start over.
Right click on your exported oprofiles.xml file (yes, its an XML file), click edit and to the right of <name> just change the profile names to what you want your profiles name to be.
In my example, I changed my profile name to be BB JSB 81.02.
Repeat the same process for profile 2, 3 etc.
When you are done make sure you save your file with the same name...oprofiles.xml (your file name might vary)...the .xml is important in the file name...don't save as .txt (text file).
The reason I used BB JSB 81.02 as my profile name is BB=Benjamin Bulldog, JSB = JSB pellets and 81.02 = 81.02 grain.
Note profile_0 is your current profile and can be the same as profile 1, 2, 3 , 4 etc. Whatever you want your current profile to be.
Its not complicated once you get the concept. Hopes this helps.
