I updated my Firmware Sunday re-zeroed last night at 50 yards and was playing around with settings on my phone app. I can fiddle with everything except the exposure setting which is stuck on 1 of 10 setting levels? Anyone experience this as well? My view through the scope is noticeably different than before the firmware update and right now I'd say it's not as good a before  I need to play with it when I get home to figure out the best setting but feel the exposure might help my darker view I am experiencing right now. |

Called customer service since I have posted a few times here and have had a such an overwhelming response rate "NOT" LOL. The guy I spoke to hadn't even looked through a THOR HD model. It was actually sad. Customer Service should be up to speed and have played with all the items they make or if not get someone that has and let them converse with them instead. Nevertheless, I guess the exposure setting has been added but not activated as of yet? Why put it in there as an option if not available for activation?

Which fw are you running? 565/566 or 676?
