I received my scope a week ago and everything seemed great until I tried out the night vision. I have tried and tried adjustments to the scope and the IR to get it to work. I have emailed and called support for help several days in a row and no response. I am going to see if the brand new batteries for the IR are bad and see if changing them out will make it work. In night mode green or black/white I cant see anything. I was going to review my scope to get the free hat or T-Shirt but I thought I should wait to give support a chance to help me. Many of my friends are interested in purchasing the same scope, but are currently waiting to see if i can get mine working or even get help from support before they spend all that money.

Mea, changing out the batts is a good start. Did you download the newest firmware and load it rather than using what came loaded?
Also, have you tried using the night mode during daylight to see if you get any picture on the screen? If there's still no picture during daylight, and new batts and firmware don't help, keep plugging away at ATN customer service.
Let us know how it turns out.

Mea, when the unit is turned on are you getting the menu? I must assume that you have followed the startup outline, by charging the unit and the IR lamp. The outline you have stated indicates no power to the unit. If you are viewing in the daylight mode the menu should appear in the viewing area of the scope. Let us take one step at a time to get this up and running.
