We will fatten up the two little fellas for Christmas - mother was a savage **** - chased us through the Polaris and ripped open the leg on the pants. Was a bit exciting for a min or two. Didn't want to kill her as she had 6 other little fellas that will be good meat in a few months.
Others are hanging in the chiller till later in the week for processing.
Will churn out a bit of ham and bacon - rest will go as nice lean pork.
Like the ribs steamed, then smoked, marinated and finished on the barbie - hog heaven.

Hogs broken down last night.
Good amount put down in vac bags and dry cure salts/maple syrup for maple bacon.
About 2 weeks on the cure and then we smoke it.
Will post up some pics when we do.
Probably get another couple of nights out on hogs before then but.
