I did some looking around, read some reviews, watched a few videos and finally settled on the X II for my Sig 716.

Hasn't even arrived yet and I'm reading the daylights out of this forum. I have the Chinese batteries ordered already...haven't got the scope yet as mentioned.

this forum should be linked on the ATN site if it isn't already as mandatory reading. This is great stuff! I hope and believe that through reading this forum I should be capable of getting my Sig with ATN digital optic operational within the first week.

You may also want to spend time watching the many YouTube videos on the XS2, reading the customer reviews (good and bad) on Amazon, Optics Planet, and anywhere else they may be posted.

All that will help you familiarize yourself with your new scope. All the info out there may seem a bit daunting, but after a couple trips to the range, I'm sure it'll become second nature. Enjoy it!

nighthog: The ATN X-Sight 4k Pro is junk. If you have one, you have issues. Period. Software updates sometimes work for awhile, but can also make things worse - or fix some things while creating other issues. There is no solution to these issues. Junk Jun 5, 2024 14:04:20 GMT -8
