first off, after someone dumps nearly 2K$ on optics, why do they have to go to a website for an owner's manual?
and then print their own??!!
if the 2-3 dollars extra to print same up and include it in the scope box would make the difference between chapter 11
and a successful business, i have sorely underestimated your profit margin.
when i first got this unit, it would not power up. pushed button quickly and released. pushed button and held a while.
pushed button and held a LONG time. pushed button very hard.

went to call customer assistance. bless their hearts, they don't feel like answering questions on the weekend, when
most customers will be playing with their new glass. see paragraph #3 above again. would like to include a serious
doubt that many unemployed people will be spending 2 thousand american inflationary notes on a rifle scope, yet
the only time to contact customer service is between 8:30 AM and 5:00PM, monday-friday.

back to the issue at hand, after giving up on any help from the factory, tried start-up again--and it just worked.
first re-try, just hit button and it fired up. have no idea why this attempt worked. worked fine repeatedly after
many uses, and restarts.
ordered a mount for the optic, and coupla weeks later [yesterday] it will not start up again. metered batteries, and
they are fine.
sent a personal message to administrator "Charles Starkey" and after failure to deliver, see he hasn't even been
here since FEB 16 2016.
then i noticed all of the unanswered questions in "Shoutbox" below and fear i may stand a better chance of
getting help in this matter from Vladamir Putin who hacked my email address through this website.
