I have never received anything except the auto-response from ATN. 6 times, from June 4th to July 26: Dear Sir or Madam,
We received Your message and we will answer to You as soon as we can .

Prof, At least you got an auto response. I've sent 3 emails over the last cpl months and got bupkis in return.

At least now I kno I'm not alone in this boat! Its frustrating not having any support when you spend $2200.00 with tax!

I had no problem at all. I received a return email by the end of the day i asked my questions. Ended up being lack of knowing how to use some scope features on my part but the guy explained what i was doing wrong. When i go IR atn will be the choice

Lucky you. I have sent a request for a MRA dated 12 March to have my unit re-calibrated. Sent follow-up emails requesting repair. Still waiting for something other than the initial automated response. I have spent several days at the range with knowledgeable ATN users unable to zero the unit since purchased in December. We are using different ATN units on the weapon platform with no difficulties. Just want this one fixed and returned to me. Serpent 408

Update. Called service desk. Spoke with Jeremy. Issued a RMA. Unit shipped to ATN for repair. Estimate 4-6wk turn-around time. Will keep you apprised of situation. Serpent 408
