My scope seems to be freezing up. Basically a frozen image of the the last moment before locking up. Buttons won't have any effect. I have to unscrew the battery cap to reset. Anyone else? This happens 1 to 10 minutes after activation.

I have but only when using the extended life battery kit it would freeze after every shot and I couldn’t even shut it down without hard booting it "disconnecting the power supply " So I installed the AA Battery's and haven’t had a problem. I haven't been able to get in touch with tech support for answers

I ordered a ATN OTS HD which I received today. I upgraded the Firmware per instructions. It's frozen at least 5 times and I've needed to unscrew battery cover to reset. If this continues I'll have to send back as defective.

Have been trying to sight in my THoR HD 1.5-5 today. Finally took a six inch by six inch piece of aluminum foil from the kitchen and back taped it to the center of the target board at my 100 yd range. Amazing that the foil stays dark all day making a nice target to sight-in by. I Did experience lockup of my Thor HD Thermal and did a hard reset. There has to be a glitch in the software somehow.Hopefully ATN will read about this and fix it. Also had some slowness issues getting the WiFi to pair with my iPhone but did succeed at it. Finally got it zeroed in late today. That is a cool way to sight-in using the Obsidian app. These ThoR Thermal scopes are best sighted-in by STARTING at 25 yards to get in center, then move back to 100 to make sure your ballistics hold up and adjust as needed. And be sure to SAVE the setting after each adjustment. I'm using a subsonic 300 Blackout (hog hunt)on an AR platform and I've found it's very different from the .223/5.56 ballistics. But so far I love the scope.
