I asked this same question using the "contact us" button on the ATN website. Within a couple of hours I had a reply from ATN support saying they were having problems with their server and they had attached a copy of the user manual to the email.
I've got to say that's first class service, thanks ATN support I am seriously impressed...  |

Just my 2 cents worth but the manual should be in the box that the scope came in. It wasn't! I had to select the entire text of the online manual and print it as a pdf file. When one is out at the range going through all the variables it was extremely beneficial to have a manual in my hand. Most ranges or hunting blinds do not have internet service to read a manual online. But maybe I'm missing something.

Yeah I think you're missing that there is more than one language in this crazy world and the manual is about 100 pages thick. I think they'd need to use a bigger box... |

Yeah I think you're missing that there is more than one language in this crazy world and the manual is about 100 pages thick. I think they'd need to use a bigger box... I think the point is that most people have smart phones or tablets. This is a high technology based product so I suppose ATN assume you have at least a pc to download your updates to from which you can also download the manual as a pdf. It's becoming fairly common lately not to get a full manual with anything. Usually you get a quick start manual with a reference to where you download the full manual. Unfortunately it's the way of things from now on, at least the Chinese translators have improved from "put video cartridge into hole presenting in front plane and power now on depress play for future entertainment happyness" |
