Got mine today. I can't really give an objective opinion since half the features don't work at this point. The app crashes, no streaming video, night mode shuts down scope after 30 seconds. Sigh....Looks like I'm stuck with my ancient Pulsar N550A for now until the firmware gets fixed. I know ATN will get it working eventually but I'm just impatient.

Anybody know if ATN is still sending out X Sight II scopes with some of the features missing because of bad firmware?
Why would a company do that?
A far cry from the old days when companies made sure the items they sell where working with all the features that are promised! I would like to buy the "II" but not until the problems are worked out.

I am sure hoping they get their act together soon. The money I sent them seemed to work just fine. They still have the $$$ and I still don't have a scope.
Also, I paid another hundred bucks for the ATN accessory battery pack and when I received my scope there was a $50.00 discount coupon in the box for a battery pack. I wrote customer service to see if they would send me back half my $$ and guess what? I have heard NOTHING from them. I also asked Eli to send me back the MicroSDHC card I forgot to remove from the defective scope they sent me and they promised they would. I have yet to receive it. I don't know who is in charge there but I can assure you they aren't "in charge". As a retired aerospace engineer I am accustomed to spot on management and response.

Your scope should NEVER have been shipped in that condition. Most companies would go out of business shipping bad products! I was thinking about buying their X Sight II but after buying their X Sight 1 about a week ago and finally trying it out in the dark yesterday, I'm disappointed in it. There is severe Lag in "HIGH" sensitivity mode. In "MEDIUM" and "LOW" sensitivity mode the eye piece flickers. Of course the company doesn't say any thing about that in their sales pitch. I might be wrong but I think it's because they are using CMOS type processing instead of CCD type processing. They use their Obsidian processing core which I'm not impressed with. I won't be buying the X Sight II.

Customer service is horrible, I've contacted them about my order and they never even responded. Thinking of cancelling and just using someone else.

Customer service is certainly not one of ATN's major concerns. I sent a follow up e-mail to Eli in customer service today and I asked him why I still don't have my microSDIC card that he said he was going to send me. His reply follows: TO address your questions:
ME: I sent you the note below on March 10th and I have still not received my memory card. You said you would send it back to me but it is now the 30th of March and I have not received anything. ELI: I will need to check on this, they might for some reason be waiting to send it back. Regardless, I will grab it myself and send it.
ME: Is ATN in over their head when it comes to the service of their present and potential customer base? ELI: I believe that is incorrect, we havent shipped them out because we dont want to ship out an inferior product. We are doing this to keep from making the same mistakes that were made on the X-Sight I's.
So there ya have it. A little bit ago I received another note from Eli saying that he has my card and also a battery pack I neglected to remove from the box with the returned scope. He said he would get them out to me. I also asked when they would be shipping the scopes that worked.....no response to that question. I guess we just wait or cancel our orders.

I got mine on Apr 12th it came with the 2.1.02.553 firmware. Functionally it seems to work fine, but I have blue vertical lines on my screen..working with support on that now.

I have my 3-14x and it's absolutely brilliant, and the menu is a dream to use, the turret focussing is a vast improvement too They took all the customer feedback, and took notice on updating the sight, and it's now 99.9% perfect (I never give anything 100% perfection LOL)
