I can't reach ATN's customer service by any means. I have tried e-mail, phone messages for call backs, etc. and it seems impossible to reach anybody at ATN. Has anybody got any ideas regarding contacting a human being there? It's really frustrating.

surfcityred: Keep in mind ATN is based in California and there is a 2-3 hour time difference depending on where you are in Tennessee. Try contacting Gerry Smith at gsmith@atncorp.com or extension 103. He is the Customer Support Manager.

Thanks Joe. I am aware of the time difference between Tennessee and California. I am an x-resident of Kaliforniastan. I finally did hear from Gerry after he was contacted by someone that administers the ATN Facebook page. Gerry had an ATN associate call me today an I finally got the information I needed regarding my scope order. For those of you that are waiting, there is a "possibility" that a number of the new scopes "may" be shipped sooner that expected. Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best.

My experience also. Can't get any response from them. Place an $845 order 7 weeks ago and haven't heard anything from them. Multiple emails and phone calls go unanswered.

I have sent you one yesterday. Plus a contact inquiry off your website a week ago. Nothing back from either as yet. Tend to become a little aprehensive when companies do not answer customer queries.

Have just resent it with delivery and read receipts on and as high importance. Copy below Hi Sachal Baig has given me your e-mail. I have purchased a XS II 5-20 down here in NZ. Have tried to register the product on your site but am unable to input an address outside USA.
Am also having a small issue with the mounting of the sight in that I am unable to mount it far enough back on the rifle to get the correct eye relief distance to use the scope. It looks to me that the scope is manufactured too far forward on its integral mount to successfully replace an optical scope.
Also surprised that you provide an outlet for an external power supply, but no means to waterproof it if it is used. I would have thought this would be standard equipment to prevent water damage to this expensive piece of equipment. What is the warranty situation if water gets in while we are using the external power supply plug provided? **have yesterday talked to consumer affairs here in NZ re the waterproofing plug not coming with the scope as a standard when the company states the preferred power supply is to use external pack. They have said that any water damage while using external would be a warranty issue under NZ law.
Am so far impressed with the optics and low light capability, however have not tried to zero it on a rifle yet or tried the accuracy. Have found a quirky little thing when creating a profile. You cannot rename the profile to say the rifle unless you are wifi connected and using the app through a smart device. Also scope appears to be taking still photos ok – however when you press right arrow for video, the RAV symbol comes up in top left on viewfinder but no recording. Have been through manual but cannot see any reason for this.

Odin, it sounds like you may have RAV active. Make sure that function is disabled prior to attempting to take videos.
Hopefully ATN will address the issues you mentioned. Keep us posted!

Ok will play with that tonight - though may be a bit wet here later. May be an opportunity to see if my home made neoprene external power supply cover is actually waterproof. Looks like there may finally be a spark of life from ATN customer service - they have at least acknowledged receipt of the e-mail now after the third attempt. Suspect they may require the services of someone it IT to sort out the communications issues for them.

Thanks again for a helpful hint Tom. I had assumed - wrongly - that I could have the RAV set to go on the shot, but if I wanted to could manually set the recording going without taking a shot. Would be easier been able to do this without having to go into the menu to turn off RAV first. Maybe a good handy software mod to allow for this. Saving time may get the video of a lifetime. cheers odin

Odin, I ran into the same issue and saw that solution elsewhere in this blog so I figured I'd pass it on and hope it worked for you too. Cheers!!
