Like an idiot, I didn't do research and jumped headlong into the update process. I searched for drivers and saw the windows executable.

I installed it on my win10 machine, watched successfully install the drivers and the application. I push the power and down button on the scope with the power off (display on scope stays off). I plug in the USB-C cable, and I immediately get a windows error that device is not recognized.

Now scope is dark with no obvious way to get it to power on in normal mode - so I can't verify what the older firmware version was.

No scope, no update path. I'm stuck

Here’s a new one: anyone download the wrong firmware update to scope? I noticed when I turned on and everything was upside down. Went back to try and re-do restore process again connected to computer with corrects device firmware selected, but I continue to get update failed message. Any suggestions other then throw it out

nighthog: The ATN X-Sight 4k Pro is junk. If you have one, you have issues. Period. Software updates sometimes work for awhile, but can also make things worse - or fix some things while creating other issues. There is no solution to these issues. Junk Jun 5, 2024 14:04:20 GMT -8
