I bought the THOR LT and I have been trying to get it work. The screen stays white with a reset? The only thing I can see the cross hairs? I have tried emailing, CHAT, and all 3 phone numbers with messages but I cannot get them to respond? Does anyone know what I am doing wrong with the set up? I would have thought that I could at least see through the scope.

It will be somewhat white but should be able to pick up trees depending on distance. Put out a jug of hot water and look to see if you can see it.

I have ATN Thor Lt 320 3-6, and display has a lot of white dots.
When I zoom in, the white points increase.
What can I do?

I have a Thor LT as well and it is crap. I have had it a couple of years and have never been able to get it to see much of anything beyond about 20 yards.

Not to be a smarta$$ but most of the problems that owners seem to have can be solved by reading and following the owners manual that comes with the device. There are also many youtube videos that owners have posted that will help.

The white dots Can be corrected by following the instructions in your manual for pixel correction . The white screen is usually the front lens is out of focus very small adjustments will correct it . Then clear it up even more with the rear Lense . I have a Thor LT 320 5x10 and I can see a mouse at 100 yds. , no problem . Shoot coyotes at 200 yds. with ease .
