I have a new X-sight 4K Pro. I tried the following steps to update the firmware. - Formatted a new SD card and downloaded the xsight4k_3_1_11_480.bin update.
- Installed the SD card and powered up.
- The device goes right to normal operation instead of giving me the "firmware update" option.
- I repeated with a second SD card and got the same result.
- Next, I downloaded and installed the atnfirmwareupdate-win-1.0.2-setup.exe program to my PC.
- I went through this procedure and got through the "file" update successfully.
- During the "web" update with the xsight4k.elf file, it appears to be updating, but at the end it shows a "failed" message.
At this point, the device will start, but all the indicators are static, and the buttons don't work. I tried contacting ATN customer support through phone, Email, chat, Facebook, but no response after 2 days. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Go to settings and see if you already have the latest firmware in the scope ,

Try again but then with the advanced option.

Will you have to re zero the scope if you do this procedure?
