I've had this scope and used it just shy of a year. It's mounted on an AR shooting .223. my problems just started last weekend. After every shot, the screen scrambles and freezes. I can do a hard reset and it comes back on but when I shoot, the same thing. I cant get through to customer service so I'm looking for other solutions... Thanks in advance!

I am also having this exact same problem except that now some of my screen is remaining scrambled even after resets. I also cannot get ahold of customer service, I called them twice and was on hold for over an hour each time with no answer, I also put in a question ticket and warranty ticket which said I would be contacted within 24 hours, but I haven’t heard back from them. Very frustrating. I only hunt pigs a couple times a year and this issue ruined one of the trips already.

Same issue here.. Anyone have a fix for it? After each shot, the screen goes blurry and I have to power cycle to get it back on.

I'm having the same issue. I would assume it's a faulty solder joint. Haven't had the courage to look at the board

I saw this for the first time last night. which is odd because i finally got to shoot suppressed which should have reduced all recoil. but this is the first time i saw it and multiple times i had to power it down and reboot.

Nothing can be done and atn refuses to do anything about it. People need to start killing employees till they fix the issue

I had the issue but mine was a simple fix. A couple of the screws were loose on the rings.
