Hello , looking for a some info. I sent a Thor 4 scope back on March 1, 2020 for repair and have not gotten it back yet. I have not even gotten an email or phone call in over two months and I have left 5 voicemails and 10 emails for the various people that were corresponding with me up until about two months ago. I know covid and things are backed up but seriously no communication for over two months? ATN does suck at customer support we all know that but 6 months is ridiculous and now will not even answer a voicemail or email. Does anyone have a direct line to someone in charge or any other info? I guess I have to get an attorney involved at this point as the scope is worth $4500 and has depreciated 25% the last 6 months easy. Looking for some help here please! Thank You

Contact them through a message on their FaceBook page. That seems to be the best way to get a response. I have also had frustrations with slow response, but have had pretty good luck going through FB. I would PM them your RMA Number and briefly let them know how long you have been waiting. They will probably send you a new one, that's what I got when I had an issue with a DOA refurbished ABL 1500. But, it took contacting them through FB to get any kind of a response!
