I just purchased an xsight 4k pro. After updating firmware I put it on my rifle and zeroed it. Worked fine, however after couple hours it froze. I powered it off, now it turns on I can see the viewfinder but no reticle or anything for that matter. Cannot see any menu icons either. Has anyone had this issue?

Maybe try hard wire firmware update? I had to do that with my scope initially. With the latest firmware though things are working pretty good. “FFP” mil reticle is awesome.
If that did t work I’d email support. They were pretty responsive to my requests.

Download "Atn Obsidian 4 Firmware update" program on your pc. Follow the posts on how to update and install bug fix. Read post from "Odino" in link. That worked like a charm for me.
