I have had this scope for about 2 months and at first the lines were small and would come and go. Then they started stretching farther across the screen until now they are totally across. They will go away for a short period after Nuc'ing but come back. I have tried resetting to factory settings and downloading the latest firmware. Seems that everytime I look through it I have to NUC again and again very annoying... any help or suggestions would/will be appreciated

My thor hd 384 4.5-18 did the same thing a while back. It seemed like the image degradation slowly got worse. Severely disappointed after trying everything I called tech support and the tech told me re-download the firmware and rename the file by taking out all letters and underscores,save and move file to micro SD card and follow firmware update instructions. Worked fine for a while but am having the issues again. Its a crying shame atn is charging so much for this junk!

nighthog: The ATN X-Sight 4k Pro is junk. If you have one, you have issues. Period. Software updates sometimes work for awhile, but can also make things worse - or fix some things while creating other issues. There is no solution to these issues. Junk Jun 5, 2024 14:04:20 GMT -8
