Let's face it, many of us have one of the ATN hand held range finders and an ATN scope and would love to use them both together at night. Now we know that this is not possible as the hand held range finder is a visual tool and hence the reason the ABL was designed and built for sale. What if you can't afford this ? Well I have created a 3D printed cradle to solve this. Id make an option to mount it behind the focus ring, just like the ABL, the weight out there isnt good for the scope.

I set mine for the focus ring. Then, for more accurate operation of the rangefinder, after synchronizing it with the sight, I calibrated the position of the rangefinder beam with respect to the optical axis of the sight. This is how I was able to install my laser range finder (bought here www.atncorp.com/range-finder ) and now I successfully use it. |
