Ok help please. I have a problem with my new scope that need resolving. I have a 270 win. With a 4K 3-15 scope that has only had 35 rounds shot off it from bend now. The issue is that the scope with ever shot has changed its mechanical focal range (without zoom). It’s become so bad I now cannot focus at 100 yds and at 50 yds I’m the very end of my focus adjustment. It leaves me with no useful yardage As it focuses from about 5 to 65 yds. It seems the optics lenses have shifted and leaves the scope useless. Considering that this scope has barely been used and only sat in a bench in beyond disappointed. I want to have this scope replaced as I don’t have any confidence in its function or reliability at this time. I’m from northern Canada and want to know what I need to do to have it fixed. I have been phoning for days and never get through. Also very disappointing.

From your description of the problem it looks like their is a mechanical issue with the scope. I suggest you call ATM and speak with a support person. Don’t leave a message. Keep calling back until you get a person. Explain the problem. They will probably give you a RMA number for you to send the scope back for replacement. Let us know the resolution. Try calling early in the day. The 800 number seems to work best for me.

Help Thermllayers, I had a similar problem. In the front part of the scope there are 2 rings: 1 for lock and the 2 for focus. Check if the 1st is loosen, if yes, tighten gently in anticlock wise, keeping blocked the focus ring. In other words: left hand keeps the focus ring, the right anticlock wises the first ring. Let’s knows if it works. Bye Luigi
