I have zeroed my 4k pro 3 times and the next time I use the scope it has lost its zero.

Jimalee, I have some suggestions that may help. I assume you have installed the latest firmware and you are choosing “zero” from the carousel. 1. Make sure you choose “save and exit” after you set the zero. 2. If you are doing that, try to “factory reset” then re enter basic settings and re zero. Turn scope off and on. Shoot and see if zero stays. Also, check the scope mount and rings for loose screws. Scope may be moving. Hope this helps. If still having the problem call ATN service. Let us know how it goes.

Tried all that. Atn sent me a firmware update and it still dont work.i just want my money back.
