It's horrible trying to get my ATN to update firmware.
I follow the instructions but never get the firmware update box.
What am I doing wrong?

Download a copy of the firmware update again. Do Not try to open the file, it will corrupt it. Just download and save it. Transfer the file to a computer formatted name brand SD card and follow the instructions to the letter. After it updates, reset the scope and tell the computer which lens (3x14 or 5x20) you have. I am using a SanDisk Ultra UHS- i / Class 10 32 gb micro SD card and it has worked for several updates for me. Let us know if it works.

I got it to work. Doing it the way instructions say didn’t help.
I had to reformat the memory card then transfer the file and it worked first try. Now I know for future

is there a place to send the scope to so it can get set up, my neighbor gave up his and sent it back i just dont know what these ***bin file is or how you download or save it,
