Please bear with me as I'm a complete newbie to the ATN scopes. I installed my new Pro 5x20 today and headed to the range. At 50 yds I was able to get a pretty good zero. But at 100 yds I could not see my poi on any target. The resolution of the screen sucks! I was using both large white paper and VisiShot targets. It's pretty bad that I had to pick up my other rifle with a $150 Bushnell scope to see where I hit. And yes, I played with display brightness and both focus adjustments. If I can't find poi at 100 yds how the hell will I zero it at 200 for my .243??? Is it just me or is this a common issue? Thanks for any help you can give me.

No Worries. When you zeroed was your ballistic calculator turned off? If not turn off and re-zero. It is most important to have the scope height set correctly, ie center of barrel to center of scope. Zero at 25m on base mag, then do another fine tune zero at high mag. Load in your zero distance to settings along with the ammo info. You can then turn on your BC and input any distance you are shooting - if you have done the above correctly the scope will put you where you need to be - excluding the human factor that is. Forget what you know about using glass as this unit is first and foremost a computer. Once you get over that hump they are in fact a very useful little toy.

I guess my point is that the image presented to me from a $800 device is half the quality of a $150 piece. If this is the best resolution it can provide I'm highly disappointed.

I am assuming that it is 4K model - if so are you running the .271 firmware? if not download and install it - has been reported to give a massive lift to the scope and is running stable,

Things pixilate at full mag, but if you come back a few points off this things work ok for me. have pulled a shot off at 685m across a valley with my 5-20 on a .308. Was able to observe a good hit on the animal as it went down.
