I just bought a ATN Thor 384 1.25-5x after zeroing the saving and exiting the scope loses its zero, does anyone have any suggestions, I do not want to return it.

Can you describe the steps that you are going through on your zero process, dont leave anything out, including your firmware version.

Ensure your Ballistic calculator is turned off when you Zero. Ensure your range is correct when you zero.
I Zero at 25 to get on paper then again at 100. This 1 gives me a tighter zero, 2 gives my Ballistic calculator more data to work with. Is your SD card working properly? That’s where the data is stored. Ensure you are saving and backing out correctly.
