I’ve been familiarizing myself with my ATN X-Sight II HD 3-14x, everything is going well except the pitch. I can aim the gun/scope straight up and it will only show 3% degree angle. Aiming down seem to be working fine. Is there a fix for this?

Cryptid - just tried pitch and cant angles on my XS2
On pitch it will go and display through a full 360 degrees as well as the full monty on pitch.
Do you perchance have a CAL symbol up on your display?
If so you may need to run through the compass calibration - although in my mind this should not effect your pitch or cant readouts - just me clutching straws.
If you have not done a factory reset after updating firmware, it could well be worth saving your profiles and settings over to a spare SD card and doing one.
It is also worthwhile - although it shouldnt matter - removing the firmware SD card and doing a format on that to remove the firmware update off it and any other ramdom bits that can cause glitches - these scopes seem to be sensitive to such stuff for some reason, however once you 'clean' things up they seem to run very stable.
Remember - your scope is firstly a computer and secondly a scope.

Didn’t work, actually made it worse. Now it says -4° When totally level.

Are you getting any change in the pitch/cant angle readouts when you alter them and move your gun about?

Not much. When I roll it the Cant reads 10° At most. When I aim up, The pitch goes from -4° to 3° max. Minus 4° is where it rests at level on bench. I purged my SD card and downloaded the latest update. Which is the firmware version my scope currently has. The compass showed CAL error after the reset. I rotated it as shown in manual. It works fine. But this didn’t help the Pitch/Cant. I wrote the seller, and am going to try for a replacement. Hopefully I don’t get a worse issue.

Sounds like a hardware fault.
