Hellou guys,
Brand new X-sight 4k PRO 5-20 (firmware .185) freezed when video start recording. I was holding button Power several seconds and scope was turned off. Problem is that I cannot TURN ON scope again. I hold POWER button I heard noise like button was clicked but nothing happened.
I pressed 5times OK button, noting happend.
Any ideas?

Try holding the power button down for more than 20 seconds.

Yes I did it also. I heard "click" but nothing happened on the screen and still black. I do not believe that batteries are completly down, but only idea what I have is open the body and remove and put back batteries. I tryed also have scope conneced to the PC with USB cable, same results.

Sounds a tad drastic mate - you talked to the shop you purchased from? Should imagine that opening it up will void your warranty.
