Hey everyone, new ATN owner here.
I'm setting my Thor HD 5-25 up on a AR15 .300 BO. Standard setup with Magpul furniture.
I'm not seeing how I can get the ATN unit mounted back far enough to get my eye into the cup without having to move my cheek weld up further than I normally do, at least with the provided mount. Moving up my cheek weld spot is not a comfortable shooting position for me.
Do I need a smaller mount, like an ARMS or American Defense mount?
Am I missing something?

Welcome to the wonderful world of Thermal! This is something you will encounter with all the ATN scopes (competitors have the same issue as well). That said, you'll need to buy and after market picatinny base to affix to your AR and 300 existing base in order to get it farther back for your eye.

Do you have any mounts you would recommend?

Sorry for the delayed response but I do not have anything specific in which to recommend. I'd honestly go by look of the piece to be added to see if I thought it would get it back farther on my top rail.
