Hi just purchased an xsight2 works fine however when i press left button no picture when i press the right button to take video the red symbol appears but no time frame and nothing in the gallery

nighthog: The ATN X-Sight 4k Pro is junk. If you have one, you have issues. Period. Software updates sometimes work for awhile, but can also make things worse - or fix some things while creating other issues. There is no solution to these issues. Junk
