For some reason the scope will not connect to my phone. It was working for a day and now it never connects. My phone does find the wifi connection and actually says connected but the App just says "Connect Device" and I tried turning scope on and off...wifi of scope off then on...phone reboot.....app uninstall and reinstall....nothing works and Bluetooth doesn't work either. I need this feature to help my son aim correctly and I cant get it to work. Please help. He has missed a Pid and Doe and a Buck... wi fi

He has missed a Pid and Doe and a Buck... wi fi First thing I would do is to delete the wifi connection for the unit in your phone. Now rediscover it and it should prompt you for the password "atn_obsidian" Try that and see what happens. If its what I think it is then yo should be up and running.

Are you using the Obsidian app or the Obsidian 4 app? If you have the X Sight 4K Pro, it says to use the Obsidian 4 app. BUT FYI, I’m having problems with that one also. I can get connected, but it locks up when trying to edit data on the app and send it to the sight.

I am having similar problems. WiFi is turned on, Bluetooth is turned on. I can find scope in the app and connect to it, but when I connect through WIFI on app, all I can do is view the same things that are available with BT. The atn WIFI never shows up on my phone, tablet, or laptop. Been pulling my hair out for 2 days. I have reset phone, reset scope, and still nothing.

I just updated the software on my brand new unit. It shows wifi is on in the scope (and home screen). When I go to find the wifi network on my iPhone it isn't shown. It won't locate it. I tried to manually enter it and find the network and it won't. I have reset both the phone and the 4kPro. Nothing will make it show up. I'm about to call ATN now but my guess is this version of the App is complete garbage which is why you're having problems as well.
