Which is better? Also after several mins like 5-10 it starts blurring around the edges and I have to NUC it. Is this mormal?

I use Matrix "ALL THE TIME" & I never change! Also, I like everything "CLEAR" and I personally NUC every 3-4 min's. I use the "HIGH" Thermal Sensitivity and never change and have found that it works extremely well at 10 degrees and 90 degrees outside. It only takes a few seconds to NUC but I want it crystal clear when the killing starts so hence my desire to do so so quickly but it is normal to have to do so ;o)

When you NUC do you cover it with your hand and do it or put the cap on and do it?
