OK, I've tried the 800 number a few times & didn't even get a ringing sound. I've searched the web for any videos or text articles that address my issue. No Luck !!
I have successfully downloaded the app to my android phone. I've turned on the WIFI in my X-sight HD scope. I open the app on my phone & it has 3 sections "Smart HD Channel" "My Media Library" & "XSIGHT2" . I open "XSIGHT2" & see System Menu which has all the settings I've programed into the scope.
My issue is there is no 'switch' to turn on the view the scope is 'seeing'. I cannot see on my phone what is shown in the scope view. The icon of 4 circles in the upper right corner of the phone app has a menu of 3 options "Turn OFF device" "About" & Support".... non will turn on the view from the scope.
What it the solution?
Edit: OK, I played with it some more & saw where the "System Menu" can be swept to the left to show other selections including "Viewfinder" but the minute I select it the App shuts down & has an error message "Unfortunately, Obsidian has stopped". Every time I get to that step it shuts down.
What's the solution?

Check to see if the scope's Wifi is still active. Check your batteries. Restart the App.

OK, I'll confess to being dense at times but there has to be some easy step I'm not doing here. First off... yes the X-sight HD scope has plenty of battery power, it only has one short video file in it's library, it's got a strong wifi connection. I have the app on my tablet & it when I touch the 'xsight2' area it shows the system menu of my scope with all my settings. But I do not find any way to view what the scope is seeing. The media library shows the one video file that is on my scope so obviously the tablet is connecting to my scope. Why can't I select the App to show what the scope is seeing instead of only the system menu? I'm going hunting over Labor Day holiday & really want my friend to see how my scope works. Help.

I’m having similar difficulty with the Obsidian app and my ThOR 384-HD. I’m able to connect to the scope using the app and can visit all of the menus to modify the camera BUT when I go to Viewfinder and try to see what the camera sees it just says “loading”. Has anyone figured out how to visualize what their camera is seeing via the app? What am I doing wrong? It stays connected via wi-fi but cannot see what the scope is seeing.
Please help.
