After sighting in my 384 Thor and hunting with it twice it will no longer turn on any idea what could have happened

Sounds like something related to power, as in the batteries or battery cover. Try new batteries and/or check battery position, as well as tighten and loosen the battery cover a few times before a final tightening.

Yep tried that. New batteries and all. I had it out the night before and worked fine. Never messed with batteries. Tried to turn it on the next day and nothing

Did you press and hold the power button for a couple seconds before releasing it? Mine seems to prefer that method to start up.

Sure did, tried several different methods. Counted from 2 seconds to 10 seconds

Sounds like you may have to do the dreaded return for repair................ I've got a unit into FLIR right now that's been there six weeks so far. Definitely something I hate and dread to do!

From further reading, it appears that the status of the SD card can affect the startup. You might check it, if you haven't already, and make sure the format is still valid and that it is correctly seated.
