I'm using QuickTime to view my videos On my laptop. The microphone setting is set to "on". I've formatted my sd card (not quick format) QuickTime is up to date, and viewing the .mov thru apple doesn't play sound either. I do have video just no audio. Haven't contacted atn yet.

Try VLC media player and your sound will be there.

Turns out it was an issue with my laptop! Just needed to restart it. Mic works loud and clear with QuickTime. Thanks for the recommendation for the media player man, and for replying so fast.

No Problems - always glad to help if we can. There is an issue with windows media player playing the sound files on video on the scope, usual fix for that is the VLC.
