I've sent 2 emails to atn customer support under the contact email which reads info@atn......
I haven't heard a thing back. I don't have Facebook, and am not going to get it just to ask questions about my scope. Is there a better email address I can use? I shouldn't have to use a forum to ask simple questions like, "where can I buy extra hdmi/micro sd cap covers... And my newest, why my scope randomly locks up with the latest firmware on it. Is there a person at the company i can correspond with without having to find time to call?

Myanarchy, you are not the only one to feel slighted by the ATN, it appears that as a forum we must work out the problems on our own.
Can you tell me more about the scope model and any updates that have been installed? We have a few members on the forum that are very good a solving problems.

Try ringing them - I was not getting a reply back from many emails, so started to ring. On the 5th call i actually got an answer and the tech guy I got to talk to was most helpful and we were able to nut out the issue. It was about 40% lack of detail in the manual and about 60% user error. Once the lack of detail was eliminated, so too was the operator error.
