Ok a new thing just started to happen. So I wonder if it's something I'm doing. I run on an anker external battery. When I connect to obsidian app a few minutes later the xsight shuts off. I rolled back the app to 1.3, did a factory reset and it still happens. Am I missing something I haven't had this issue before last week.

When my Obsidian app updated a few months ago I had to uninstall the app, reset the phone, and reinstall v1.3 before it would work. just removing and reinstalling would not work. As far as the sight turning off, I can only guess..... do you have AA batteries in as well as the external power? if the usb connector is loose at all the scope will shut off.

I assume your scope functions properly when not connected to the app?

Yes. I think it was the usb cord not allowing enough power to run the streaming. when i had internal batteries it did not shut down. I bought a new chord and it works no longer shuts off. On a side note I loose wifi if I'm more than 5 feet away. Not sure if that's my phone.

Mine would freeze when I connected to the app. Buttons wouldn't work. And I was just using aa batteries, not an external battery.
