Bought x sight 4K pro first time using this. When I turn on and look through I piece it looks like I’m looking at a rectangular screen. Lik looking at a small tv screen in my rifle scope. I can see at the top and bottom of screen what appears to be the inside of the eye piece inside the rifle scope.
Is this normal. Rather than seeing the whole eye piece covered with my field of view I see the rectangular screen. Hard to get used to.
Also the compass stuck on north I tried everything spinning around scope etc how to fix this???

I really have no idea what you mean, ATN 4K screens are all in a rectangle.
And as for the compass, I would take it off and turn it off, then shake the scope in all directions for a minute, just like shaking a bottle of porridge. when you turn it back on it should work. This way works very well for me and for several here on the forum.... Oh and don't shake too gently.

I cannot believe it works. So I was sceptical with the advice that Martteje said about spinning scope vigourousley. My scope compass was stuck on north. When I turned on the compass dial would spin then settle on north. I tried the turning scope in circle on 3 axis as per the website but it did not work. Then I read the reply and YES it does work.
Spin the scope 20-30 times per axis. The key is you have to do it with a lot of force. Like you are spinning a ketchup bottle centrifugally to get the little bit left out of bottle. Now look through scope if you see CAL where the compass used to be continue to spin the bottle with enormous force. After you have done this look again. You will see the compass. Finally move to another area other than north.
Hopefully this will stay this way.

I registered here just to thank you Marrretje!! I was at a loss and thinking my 4k pro was busted, seeing nothing but err after a few seconds upon power up.After following the ATN instructions and spinning on each axis at least 15 times (multiple times) with no luck, found your post here. Your suggestion and instructions as simple as shake that sucker violently worked 100% Thank you again!!
