Just purchased new X Sight 4K and have been unable to get it to charge. I’ve tried the included cable with two different power “blocks”, ensuring that one was over 2 amps (2.4). I tried with another usb c cable, still no luck. Tried making sure usb c plug fully inserted etc. Even after overnight go to power on and says batteries are “critically low” and shuts down. Is there any sort of indicator that would let me know if it’s actually charging? Anything else might be missing or did I maybe get a dud with bad internal connection?

Sounds like you've covered all the bases. See if the store you bought from will exchange it or contract ATN directly...
