Hi everyone,
Maybe a question or thread that is already been answered… Zeroing and x sight II. Is there always be a battery supply needed for feeding the internal memory after saving zero settings? I’m an airbuks user. Zeroing at 18 m. 27 yards or 25 m on x sight. Lower settings aren’t possible. Every time zeroing is finished, saved, export to sd Card, power off and disconnect the power cable from the external battery pack, the scope ‘forget’ the settings when using it an hour later. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Just a guess, as I have not had such a problem. After you save your settings, I guess you need to setup a "profile" or whatever they call it, and possibly need to "load" that profile back up, after the power off and on thing. The zero settings should stay on the card. "OR" after zero'ing, you could write the numbers down, and reset the scope when necessary.

Problem solved. Downgraded the firmware. The device is more stable now and easier to handle.

Another possible solution. I used the 12 steps method as mentioned in this forum for zeroing. Working with the yards and ft, not metres. Using batteries and leave the batteries in the scope when power is off. For the moment, this helps very well for holding zero. ATN X sight 2 HD is a nice piece of equipment, but you need to know how to work with it. For the moment I'm using Lithium-ion batteries, rechargeable with a average voltage of 1.5V ( 1.55 to 1.52V ).
