I have a 4K Pro, that seems to be out of adjustment, on the focus part. First off, the focus is VERY hard to turn, like all my 4K Pro's, but I have to really force it to it's limit, to focus on something 15/20 feet. Wondering if anyone has been inside one of these units, and if the focus ring max/min, can be re-calibrated?

should not suggest to open the scope. Focus ring should be firm, but in a smooth way able to adjust. if not, do not mess yourself with the internal of the scope. Warranty become invalid + damage of the scope (which is probably filled with dry nitrogen).
Warranty=warranty, so better send it back to the factory.
I read a lot of stories the ATN 4K Pro is not working. @ ATN: please have this stuff fixed (or do not sell them dearest friends from USA!).
