hi can someone help just got a new sight 4k and I can turn on too use then next day try it again but won't turn on until I press up and down buttons for about 30sec its annoying now does this every time why im on newest firmware too

I occasionally have the 4KPro being unresponsive. What I have learned to do is to hold the power button down (15-20 seconds) until I hear a click. Then the power button seems to work normally.

It this topic related to another problem, which is "screen freezing"? If yes, I have posted somewhere else the following (temporary) solutions which might works well with my scope. Please have you scoped uploaded with the latest firmware which is 3.1.11.483. Nevertheless I hope ATN will find a real solutions by updated their software, as screen freeze for a scope like this (in Netherlands the 3-14x scope is EUR 999,-, not cheap....
Guys, just bought the ATN X-sigt 4K a few days ago. I have done all the steps as per this Youtube video. Problem was still not solved (screen was still freezing and only way to turnoff is pressing that damn powerbutton for 15 sec.)
SOLUTIONS (temporary) However I have done some test and "freezing" does not occur in the following situations (implicitely these are suggestions as well): - After turning on > wait a few seconds for the scope (it is a computer in the first place) to fully start (5 to 10 seconds) AND - It seems that all functions are normal (no freezing) when the following option are ON/OFF (done in the "Carrousel menu") 1. "advanced shortcut" is turned ON 2. WIFI is turned ON 3. Ballistic Calc is OFF 4. Recoil Activated Video is OFF
Initially I thought "Sleep mode" is the party pooper, but that does not have any impact on the freezing (so far).

In addition to my last post....still (1 of 5 start ups) have some problems. Hope ATN will have this 100% solved in the next firmware update.
