I bought the 4k used, I'm trying to connect my S9 to the wifi on my scope. However, the phone nor any other device in my home, wifes phone, Ipad nothing, will find the scope. I've watched all the connection videos and have the Obsidian 4 app on all them. I've run the ELF file and have the latest firmware update bin 480. The wifi on the scope is turned on but its showing all zeros on the ip address. Does anyone know a fix for this? I've searched everywhere and can't seem to find an answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you ever get this resolved? Six months later mine is still doing the same thing. I can't export video. Nothing.

I know you have to shutoff the mobile networks on your phone and turn on the wifi and connect to the xsight network name in your xsight settings instead of you local wifi. You will lose phone internet when connected to the scope.

I just figured out after 3 hours that turning on Wifi can only be done when "Advanced Shortcut" is turned on. bmoore1788: Steps to turn on Wifi 1. Go to the Carroussel (OK button) 2. Turn on "Advanced Shortcut (see attached images. Image shows this option ON) 3. Turn on WIFI (Image shows this option ON). Wifi is turned off when it is striked. 4. Then go to your phone and select the 4K scope as Wifi network, 5. Then go to the app. Should be automatically connected.
Good luck gents. Kind regards from Netherlands.

I have the issue that the App won't see any ATN kit. The wifi is on on the scope. The phone (iphone iOS 15 XR) connect to the scopes hot spot quite happily. Starting the Obs 4 App or the ATN Obs App and neither find the scope. Very odd. If anyone has ani ideas as to why the app won't find the scope I would be grateful.
