Been trying to use the RAV on my XS2 and can't get it to work at all. Captures videos and pics fines manually. I'm using a T/C Compass 22-250 and shooting a fairly hot load I'm working on right now. 50gn bullet pushing around 3800fps. I would think this should be plenty to activate the RAV. I used to have one on my Henry 22 magnum and it worked every time. Everything is set and the icon appears in upper left corner. I even used some of my Deer rounds and nothing, they are Nossler 60gn and pack a little more oomf but nothing. Wish you could adjust sensitivity. I am running a newer version firmware (from factory) than what's currently offered and wonder if this has been the issue. My ABL won't zero correctly, battery indicator is non existent and the RAV doesn't work. I've asked a hundred different times including ATN support and it seems to be an issue they won't discuss. Thinking maybe it was installed on a few units before they realized something was wrong. But not before those few were shipped out. Makes me feel like I'm asking about Area 51, which we all clearly know doesn't exist.. Any ideas? Rory

RECOIL ACTIVATED VIDEO (RAV)
After activating the RAV function in the Shortcut Carousel, return to the Home-screen. Continue the activation process by pressing the RIGHT button that normally activates video recording.
You should now see the RAV icon on the Home-screen's upper left corner (see image below)... Press the RIGHT button right again to stop RAV automated recording. In summary: Right button now toggles RAV off/on if you have activated it in the Shortcut Carousel.
