Just got my X Sight 4K delivered and it seems as if the screen is of center (picture attached) when looking down the sight. Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is there a fix or should I send it back? Attachments:

Having the same problem. Noticed the retical going left and up which it did not do during sighting the scope in. So i figured i would do a firmware update and now when i enter my profile info the crosshair is to the far right of the screen. I have the 5x20. Just got the 3x14 for my wife and it seems to be fine. The crosshair is centered and stays there all through the magnification range. The 5x20 moves all around. Do not trust it to shoot at any pray . Sightmark wraith looking very interesting

asw - I know this is 14 months later.
I have the same exact thing going on with my ThOR4 thermal. The main center display is fully visible but the far left side panel is rounded off in the lower left corner & upper left corners - obscuring the "prev" button. The right hand side panel is fully visible.
IIRC my X-Sight scopes display could be stretched/panned but I haven't figured out this ThOR4 yet.

Was this issue ever resolved? I’ve noticed the same offset screen. I can’t see any of the left side functions!

I just purchased the x-sight 4K pro 3x14 (aug 2022) and I am having the same issue. If I adjust the diopter all the way out the screen is centered with all sides visible, but all I can make out is a white blurry square. When I adjust the diopter to bring it into focus the screen moves downward, Once it is focused for my vision the bottom two corners are cut off due to the screen being at the very bottom of the scope. Very frustrating and may end up being a deal breaker if it can’t be corrected.
