I have a set of binox’s. Battery died in field. Got them back home- changed the battery and now one lens won’t come on. The left lens powers up and everything works as it should including night vision. The right lens is black. Nothing can be seen through it. Tried resetting it, but noting. Any ideas?

I don't have an answer for you but my 1-day-old binox 4k 4-16 device will no longer power down after the 3rd power up! Totally unresponsive and is now a $900 paperweight. I wish ATN would place a hard reset button on these devices like most software-driven devices have. I guess I'll have to call them on Monday and get into the whole return authorization-take-it-down-to-UPS-and-wait process.

This is after I had to return my first pair of binox due to a freeze-up after the firmware upgrade was performed. Maybe it just wasn't meant to be lol.

If you take the original or any of the other firmwares and rename it binox.bin you can reinstall any version of firmware like a hard reset. Mine work fine but when I use an external power source only the left eye works. Trying to figure that one out now.
