Here is what you need to do.
Cut out all sugars and other processed junk. 2. Eliminate all drinks except water. Drink enough water to make your urine clear.
3. Add some vegetables into your diet, you can eat as much veggies as you want.
4. Add some high quality proteins. It could be whey protein, or chicken breast or fish. Eat up to 1 gm of protein per pound of your body weight.
5. Then comes the carbs: This one is a little tricky and probably the topic of most bro arguments online. While cutting carbs does help with weight loss, it’s not advised to be on a low carb diet all year. During the early phases of your weight loss journey, I’d argue to cut out carbs to as low as you can get away with. If you’re feeling dizzy, however, just take some damn carbs.
6. Start going on long walks the kind where you wander on mountain side road for hours with headphones plugged in your ears.
7. Join the nearby gym and start lifting HEAVY WEIGHTS to gain some muscles.
8. Do 20 minutes cardio 3 times per week.
And there you have it. Your weight will drop faster than the British Pound if you follow this plan. But, I think it won’t work for you out of the box, you’ll need to make some changes according to your body type or your diet preferences and that’s just fine.

Losing weight requires dedication, strong desire, consistency and an intelligent step-by-step system that will not only help you lose weight but also keep it off permanently. By the way do you hear something about wieght loss pills from Japan bio-japan.net/supplements/weight-loss-drugs/? I read many good reviews about them and I want to try them in my diet. What do you think about this?

A healthy diet and plenty of exercise are still the best weight loss strategies. CBD should not replace any other medications a person is taking for chronic conditions. People should talk to a doctor before using CFAH CBD for any reason, as it may interact with their existing medications.

I can also recommned to try some aerobic exercises. They are good to train flexibility and baance and can provide you with new experience that will help you to lose some weight. You can start with mini trampoline. I use trampoline made by Pure Fun. You can read about it here sportstopics.com/best-mini-trampolines/ or you can choose other options.

Here are my proved weight loss tips 1. I follow Weight Watchers points system. I never eat over 1500 calories a day. 2. Weigh myself once a week to make sure I stay within my five pound weight range. 3. Drink 8 glasses of ice water a day. Stay away from soda! 4. Stick to the following foods: whole grains, oatmeal, egg whites, fresh fruits and veggies, low fat dairy (string cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, skim milk or vanilla soy milk), only lean protein (chicken, fish, turkey, love salmon, only eat red meat once a week, olive oil is the only oil I use on anything, peanut butter and almond butter in moderation, whey protein shakes are also really good. I make these with frozen fruit, vanilla soy milk and whey protein powder which I purchase at the health food store. 5. I have one treat a day which is an ounce of extra dark chocolate. Make sure it is at least 70% caco for the health benefits. 6. I take vitamin C from Canada Drugs and a Super B complex each evening as well.

KETO!!!!!
Look up KETO with Kristie. Calories don't matter.... carbs and sugar matter.
FAT IS GOOD!!!
Keto is about 80% FAT and the rest protein.
I went from 240 to 172 in about a year and a half. I used to work out in high school weight lift run etc. I did ZERO exercise to lose this weight, and have more ab definition than I did 35 years ago when I was running 3 miles everyday and lifting weights everyday.
I have seen Drs. astounded by diabetic patients getting off insulin due to returned normal A1C and blood sugar levels.(I wasn't diabetic but my wife helped others who were)
Cholesteral is 150. Low blood pressure. Low blood sugar.
Meat, cheese, sour cream, veggies, Natural peanut butter, Pyure for sweetner. Pickle juice and salt may be needed especially during the first month(muscle cramps and dizzy feeling)
NO BREAD PASTA POTATOES(sweet taters on rare occasions).
I found out that bread and pasta was what was constipating....not the cheese! Also went from being gassy many days to not gassy at all.
This sounds crazy but it will get rid of many different types of pain due to inflammation. My wife had both knees operated on at 14. Always killed her all her life. She went KETO and has no pain now. Can walk and hunt like never before. She can eat one cookie though and the sugar will make her knees hurt again for three days.
It will take you 6 months to get accustomed to it. Total lifestyle change.
BUT YOU CAN EAT ALL YOU WANT!!! Applebees meal? Steak, green beans, broccoli loaded with cheese bacon and sour cream. Lots of butter... real butter on everything.(just not on bread)
My Dr thinks I am doing everything they recommend grains, less meat, etc. In reality I have done al;most the opposite of what they say and my bloodwork numbers have all went to the zero risk category.
Dr Berg recommends 4 to 5 eggs a day, lots of fat. To get good bloodwork results.(Keto works but you cant half *** it, all or none, but never have to work out or go hungry)
I am in better shape than high school when I was trying to be in good shape.
