Hi all,
I normally wouldn't take to a forum for technical support issues or questions but haven't heard anything back from anyone at support. I just submitted another request / ticket to see if anyone will response this time.
I bought my binox on 11/15/2016 and used them for night hunting for the 2016/early 2017 season. They worked great. I stored them, without batteries installed in my hunt equipment bag, pulled them out recently and powered them on. Now the right eye lens is not coming on at all. It stays completely dark. I tried updating firmware and resetting factory defaults. What else should I try to resolve this issue?

Do you have fresh internal batteries?
