Good evening-----
Very much a newbie X2 here, but getting it all dialed in.
How is everyone storing their batteries between hunts or even between weekends that you do hunt?
I thought i read somewhere that if you are not using the scope for more than 10 days, it is recommended to remove the batteries?
If you do this, do you lose any preset data?
I am currently using kentill batteries but in the process of trying to rig up a batter pack system.
Thank you for the advice and help so far!!!

It wouldn't hurt to remove the AAs as there may be a small drain of power over time. And you won't lose any data by removing the power source. I use an external battery and disconnect the cable when I'm not using the scope.
