I just got the THOR 4 640x480 2.5-25 and the image quality is great while it works but i cant get it to stop freezing! I've tried updating firmware with the micro sd card and doing it directly with the cable... i can hold the power button down for 20-30 sec and restart it but within 2 minutes im right back to doing it again. If anyone has any input or suggestions i would greatly appreciate it... Thank you in advance.

I had the same issue. Sent it back and they sent me a new one. No further issues.

Here is the post that I report on the fix...
Since the last post I found this video.
It is the same video shown in the 4K freezing thread. I followed the instructions on the video and took the scope out last night for a 3 hour hunt. Zero problems. Tried to recreate the problem from before and could not. Everything worked flawlessly. Fingers crossed, I hope the fix sticks. Thank you to the guy who posted the instructional video on YouTube.

Hi - I purchased the ATN mars4 288x384 and it doesn't work just i hear a click sound with black secreen and I followed the instructions on the video put
I cannot get the blue “Update” icon to show up. When i get the point of pressing power+down buttons simultaneously, I get the following error message pop-up on my windows10-64bit computer OS- that only show “USB device not recognized. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows 10 does not recognize it.right-clicking on the software icon and running as administrator...nothing is working. can any 1 help me pleas.

Im getting the freeze and static screen after firing a shot or 2. Must hold power down and do a hard reboot.
